Activation :

      SMS ‘BT<space>ACT<space>Song code’ to 56700

      (For eg. Sms ‘BT ACT 111111’ to 56700 to activate BSNL tunes)

Deactivation :

      DIAL 56702 (TOLL FREE)
      UNSUB ALL to 56700

      SMS charge 2 Rs.
      Expected deactivation time – 48 hrs

MTNL USERS Deactivation :

      Dial 56789 and follow the IVR instructions for deactivating your caller tune services.(Rs.4 /min)
      SMS DEACT PT to 56789 (Rs.2/sms)
