8 Tips to avoid getting blocked from adding people on Facebook

Most of the people on Facebook are blocked these days for adding new friend. We already told you the reasons behind this ban and its after effects. Here are few tips to tell you how you can avoid such bans and why you should avoid them.

Avoid getting blocked from adding people:

1. Don’t send a friend request to every profile you visit. Facebook Algo might ban you if you add people with no mutual friends.

2. You can add strangers but avoid sending so many requests together. Give at least one day gap and wait for the other person to accept the pending request first before you send a new one.

3. If someone’s not accepting your request and kept it pending, it is highly recommended to cancel your friend request.

4. In case you are adding a stranger, try sending a message first, talk and make sure that he/she will accept you request. Only then you should send it.

5. Please note that sending messages to strangers is now considered as a spam as well. Even if you are sending too many messages to users who are not in your friends list, Facebook might ban you for adding friends.

6. Don’t try to add people when you are banned. Facebook may increase your period of ban.

7. Once banned, there is no need to cancel pending friend requests, this hardly makes a difference. But there’s a possibility that someone you added might report you as unknown to Facebook.

8. Accept incoming friend requests from the Friend Requests page i.e. https://www.facebook.com/reqs.php not from the sender’s profile directly.

You should always avoid such type of bans as Facebook won’t allow you to add persons after the ban even if you know them. This will also ban you from sending messages to people who are not in your friends list. Personally even I don’t like this feature of Facebook where we cannot make online friend whom we don’t know personally. But since we’re addicted to Facebook, so we have to accept it in the way it is. I recommend you not to add any stranger directly; you can always poke someone with a mutual friend. If you get a poke in return then there’s a possibility of request getting accepted.

Use your About page to put a link to your site and give a brief — very brief — bio of your involvement with your company. Don’t go into the details of what you do. Just keep it very short and sweet. Remember, you’re selling yourself first and your business next.

Join targeted groups

Once you have your Facebook profile up to spec, take some time to join some specific, targeted groups. If you serve a local area, you may want to search for pages or groups that are in your region. Then, you will have access to all the people who are in that Group. You don’t get the same visibility of people who have liked a Page, and that’s why you want to focus on Groups at first.

You can also search by industry or other topic. The point is to join groups that are very clearly full of your ideal customers. If you sell to grocery stores, see if there is a grocer group. You’d be surprised what you can find!

You can join up to 300 Groups, which is more than enough to start driving traffic to your profile and ultimately your site.

Leave insightful posts

Once you’ve joined some targeted Groups, start leaving insightful posts. You may like to leave funny posts that are relevant or your personality may be more on the serious side. No matter the style of your posts, what you want to avoid at all costs is coming off as trying to pitch your business. Show people that you understand them and their situation by posting ideas and solutions.
Take some time to find a relevant article post this on the Group pages with a short comment of your own. You’ll find that people will respond and you can get a conversation going. After a while, they’ll be very likely to send you that friend invite. While I did say you could build a friend list without sending a request, after you’ve had some conversations, the awkward level drops dramatically and you could send the request first if the timing feels right.

You can also use other social media sites to connect friends/followers/connections to your Facebook profile. Put out a post about how people can see the more personal side of you on Facebook or just ask them to friend you. The key is to leverage these connections you’ve already made. FACEBOOK via Status Trick, Trick to change your FACEBOOK parameters by you share your Status, Trick to change your Status carrier for FACEBOOK

========FACEBOOK VIA STATUS TRICK========

You may have seen that when you update your status on Facebook, below your status its says (3 minutes ago via mobile , 4 minutes ago via blackberry, etc, etc). Now this is a small and awesome Facebook via trick which will give you access to different via parameters which you can use to post your status updates.

Here are the steps:-

1- Go to facebook.com and log in to you account.

2-Now copy the below URL and paste it in the address bar in a new tab or just right click on it and select open in new tab.

3-Now, from the above URL, you will replace the last numbers i.e. 987654321 with the below codes through which you want to post. 'Without the brackets'

AUTOMATIC FACEBOOK STATUS UPDATES, SCHEDULE FACEBOOK STATUS WITH LATER

A cool service called Later Bro that allows you to schedule status updates any time in the future.

The feature that this app has that other status scheduling apps do not is the ability to set recurring status updates every day, every other day, every week, every other week, monthly or annually.

I don’t know why you would want to send the same status every day, but it’s nice to have the option.

Sendible is another tool you can use for scheduling updates for personal profiles and Facebook Pages. Later Bro is for a single personal Twitter or Facebook account, not for Facebook Pages.
