FOR AIRTEL :
METHOD 1 : You Need to call customer care. You have to use another sim card because your sim card is blocked. They will check your identity and after that they give you PUK code. Use this code to unlock your sim card.Again write it properly if you note it wrong three to ten time your sim card blocked permanently and you have to go AIRTEL store for new sim card and they will ask for your identity.
METHOD 2 Visit Airtel My Account Page, enter your Airtel Mobile number and submit.You will get OTP (One Time Password) Enter it and Hit on Submit button.Click on manage service Tab and check below section in manage service tab and click on PUK details.It automatically open a pop window that shows the Airtel no, IMEI no and PUK code for your Mobile number.
FOR VODAFONE :
METHOD 1: If your sim card is blocked you have to call customer care at 111.Talk to their representative they will ask for your identity questions. After telling correct information they give you PUK code. Again you have to be carefull while entering PUK code because by wrongly entering you can make your sim card blocked permanently.
FOR BSNL :
METHOD 1: Call BSNL customer care 1503 (toll free) and talk with BSNL customer care and ask them PUK code. They will verify your details. After verification Successfully, they will provide PUK code for your BSNL mobile. Enter PUK in Locked BSNL SIM to unlock SIM.Again be carefull while enter it.
METHOD 2 ; Get PUK code by sending SMS.Type PUK SPACE SIM NUMBER and send this message to 53733. Find sim no on the back of SIM )Send this message to BSNL Mobile. You will get PUK code by SMS after sending above message.
