1. First of all if possible try locking it thru official proceedure
2. try reseting ur password
3. login through a device from which u have already logged in before
4. wait for three days to it get automatically unlocked
5.send an email to disabled@facebook.com inquiring about the reason that they disabled your account for (usually its a hater reporting your profile to be in violation of the EULA of Facebook) and explain your willingness to remove the violating content and if it was just a Clerikal error then to re-activate account
